Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Royal Mail Track and Trace Delivery – Free

We will ship all the orders using Royal Mail Trace and Track or any reputable delivery service. The time frame of delivery inside of the UK is 2 to 3 business days after order dispatch. Delivery delays can occasionally occur in unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your

tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders outside of the UK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order if ordering outside of UK. Fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Physical goods may be delivered by Royal Mail and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option.
