Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. - All the items are carefully monitored and packed before delivery, however if any item is received damanged, please provide proper proof of damanged item
- Please check the size chart before ordering. If the return or refund is initiated due to issue of size, Koperhead.com will not pay any postage charges, the customer will bear these charges
