Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Royal Mail Track and Trace Delivery – Free
We will ship all the orders using Royal Mail Trace and Track or any reputable delivery service. The time frame of delivery inside of the UK is 2 to 3 business days after order dispatch. Delivery delays can occasionally occur in unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders outside of the UK
Koperhead.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order if ordering outside of UK. Fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Physical goods may be delivered by Royal Mail and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Royal Mail or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Koperhead.com.
